📝 Quotes and estimates
Quotes do not create ledger income. Convert one to a draft invoice when ready.
🔒 Lock accounting months
Locked months prevent changes to ledger entries and invoices whose issue, payment or credit dates fall in that month. Unlock a month to make a correction. Quotes and other record types remain editable.

Import a CSV with a signed amount column or separate debit and credit columns. Signed deposits are positive and withdrawals negative. Choose the columns and review the rows before saving. Matching does not change your ledger.
🔐 Accountant access
Grant a verified email read-only access to your ledger, invoices, equipment, statement imports, contacts, and attached receipts. Your receipt inbox, preferences and audit history stay private. You can revoke access at any time. The app sends an invitation email. If the accountant already has an account, share the Accounting link with them so they can sign in.
💾 Backup & restore
Export your ledger and attachments, or restore a backup into your account. Backup files are limited to 100 MB.
Converted values use the exchange-rate snapshot saved with each entry. Subscription burn is an estimate, not proof of payment.
